If any provision of these terms is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be deleted, but the remaining terms will remain in effect.
2.1 naplesairport-transfers.com directly provides the transportation services offered on the website. By booking a service through our website, you are entering into a contract with naplesairport-transfers.com.
2.2 You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions upon making a reservation.
2.3 When you submit a service request, your reservation details are processed by us, and only when your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, at which point the contract is formed.
3.1 The liability for providing transfer services is strictly between you and naplesairport-transfers.com. We will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the transfer, incorrect processing of your booking, or errors made by you during the booking process.
3.2 All service providers are licensed and insured to the best of our knowledge.
3.3 Neither we nor the service provider will be liable for any losses you suffer (including missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.
4.1 You confirm that all payment details provided are correct, that the credit or debit card used is yours, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the service costs.
4.2 Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal, and cash payment to the driver upon completion of the service.
4.3 Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify advertised prices and correct any errors in pricing.
5.1 You will not be charged for cancellations or updates made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. After this period, changes or cancellations must be handled directly with the driver.
5.2 General cancellation policy:
Up to 24 hours before the transfer: no charge.
Less than 24 hours before the pick-up: up to 100% of the transfer cost may be charged.
After the driver has left for the pick-up: the full transfer cost will be charged.
5.3 Bookings for larger vehicles (more than 8 seats) or multiple vehicles must be canceled 72 hours prior to the pick-up time.
5.4 Last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of the pick-up cannot be canceled, and 100% of the price will be charged as a late cancellation fee.
5.5 Maximum waiting time:
For airport pick-ups: 60 minutes after the flight arrival time.
For other locations: 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Extra waiting time will incur additional charges:
Sedan, E-class: 55 Euros per hour
Minivan, Van: 60 Euros per hour
V-Class: 65 Euros per hour
Minibus up to 27 passengers: 110 Euros per hour
Bus for over 27 passengers: 140 Euros per hour
5.6 If you have made a reservation based on daytime fare and your flight is delayed, resulting in a late arrival during nighttime hours, the price will be updated to the nighttime rate accordingly.
As per EU Directive 2003/20/EC:
Please inform us at the time of booking if you are traveling with excess luggage. Failure to do so may result in additional vehicles being required at your expense.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as accidents, roadblocks, or extreme weather conditions.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
The driver did not show up due to force majeure.
A paid service or option was not provided during the transfer.
An error was made in pricing.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
The vehicle did not meet your expectations.
The driver did not meet your quality standards.
Issues were caused by your error, such as booking the wrong type of vehicle.
